If you wish to place an order by means other than this website, if you have questions, or if you would like more information about our classical sheet music or other products and services, please do not hesitate to contact us. Usual business hours are 9:00 – 17:00 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We are closed for major holidays, including the Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving week and for a longer vacation between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Your call is important to us. Every attempt is made to answer all incoming calls live, although sometimes it is impossible because of call volume, time-zone differences, etc. In the event your call is not answered live, please leave a message on our voicemail system indicating your name, telephone number, and the reason for your call. We check voicemail regularly during our business hours and attempt to respond the same day to general inquiries received during those hours.

Email is a preferred method of contacting us. It is a great way to place an order for classical sheet music or other products and is one of the best ways to submit detailed inquiries which may require some degree of research. We check emails regularly during our business hours and attempt to respond the same day to general inquiries received during those hours. Detailed inquiries requiring research may take 24 to 48 hours for a response, especially for those related to hard-to-find music or non-stock products from international music publishers. Orders sent by email will be acknowledged by return email; if you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours, please contact us by phone or fax to confirm that your email order was received. Emails received by Elkin are kept confidential and secure. However, it is not recommended that credit card information be sent via email.

Although we encourage you to buy classical sheet music online at this website or by email, we welcome faxed orders, although faxed orders will not be confirmed. We attempt to reply to any faxed inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. Faxes received by Elkin are kept confidential and secure, making it a preferred method of submitting credit card information.
